Open Manage Account
Sign in to the Mailgun Control Panel, open the Profile menu in the top-right corner, and select Manage Account.

Request cancellation
Scroll toward the bottom of the page and click Request Cancellation.

Confirm permanent closure
Click Proceed with account cancellation in the confirmation dialog. The cancellation is immediate and irreversible, and all account data is deleted.
Full cancellation immediately deletes all Mailgun account data and cannot be undone. To keep the account, downgrade or unsubscribe to the free plan instead.
