Close Postmark from Account, Plans & Add-ons by choosing Close account and confirming with your password. It takes about 2 minutes and immediately removes the account and its records after any overages are charged. First purchases can qualify for a refund within 30 days; later purchases cannot.

Open Plans & Add-ons

Sign in as the Account Owner, select Account, then select Plans & Add-ons from the account Overview.

Choose Close account

Scroll to the bottom of Plans & Add-ons and choose Close account.

Confirm with your password

Enter your password and click Close account. The closure is immediate after any incurred overage charge succeeds.

Close account immediately removes messages, email history, verified sender signatures, servers, and billing information. Downgrade to the free Developer plan instead if you want to preserve the account.
