How do I cancel a subscription on my iPhone?
If a charge shows up as Apple and you cannot tell what it is for, the subscription is billed through your Apple Account - and every one of them is cancelled in the same place, whichever app started it. You do not need the app, the vendor's website or a support ticket.
The steps below are Apple's own, taken from Apple Support. Underneath them is a guide for every service in our catalogue that can be cancelled from that list, with the plan prices, the refund rules and what happens to your account after you stop paying.
The Apple route, whatever the subscription is
One list holds every subscription billed through your Apple Account, so these steps work even when you do not know which app started the charge.
In the Settings app, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription. If it is not in the list, search your email for the words "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple" and check which Apple Account was used.
You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
Go to account.apple.com and follow the onscreen instructions; you will be asked to sign in with your Apple Account. On a Mac, in the App Store app, click your name, then Account Settings, then Subscriptions.
Apple subscriptions automatically renew until they are cancelled in the Manage Subscriptions section of your account settings, so cancelling in that list is the only thing that stops the billing.
Every step above comes from If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

I do not recognise the charge. How do I find out what it is?
Open Settings, tap your name and tap Subscriptions: every subscription billed to that Apple Account is listed there. If the charge is not in the list, search your email for the words "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple" and check which Apple Account was used. If you cannot find a receipt from Apple at all, Apple says you might have bought the subscription from another company - check your bank or credit card statement to find out who bills you, and cancel with them.
Does deleting the app cancel the subscription?
No. Apple's Media Services terms say subscriptions automatically renew until they are cancelled in the Manage Subscriptions section of your account settings, so the charge keeps coming until you cancel it in the Subscriptions list itself.
How long before the renewal do I have to cancel?
Apple charges no more than 24 hours before the start of the next subscription period, so cancel more than a day ahead to be safe. For a free or discounted trial, Apple asks you to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
There is no Cancel button on the subscription page.
Apple says that if there is no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled and will not renew.
Can I get a refund for a charge I did not expect?
Sometimes. Apple takes refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com: sign in, tap or click "I'd like to", choose "Request a refund", choose the reason, then choose the item and submit. Apple asks you to wait 24 to 48 hours for an update, and says refund eligibility varies by country or region.
The subscription is on a family member's Apple Account. Can I cancel it?
No. Apple says you cannot cancel a family member's subscription - the person whose Apple Account is on the receipt has to cancel it themselves.
