Cancel Google Workspace from the Admin console: as an administrator go to Billing, then Subscriptions, open the subscription and select Cancel Subscription. It takes about 5 minutes, is immediate on the Flexible plan, and Workspace data is deleted afterwards unless a retention option is chosen. Outstanding usage remains payable, and remaining positive account credit can be requested as a refund through Google support.
