Cancel GetResponse in a browser from Profile > Billing. Click Cancel plan, continue to cancellation, optionally give a reason and confirm with Cancel my account. It takes about 2 minutes. The account stays active through the paid period, and GetResponse does not refund already charged monthly or annual fees.

Sign in with a browser and go to Profile > Billing. Paid subscriptions cannot be closed in the mobile app.

Click Cancel plan

Outstanding fees and contact-list overages must be resolved before this option works.

Continue to cancellation

Review the information and click Yes, move on to cancellation.

Confirm the closure

Optionally enter a reason, click Cancel my account and keep the confirmation banner with the closure date.

Adding an upgrade or add-on during the notice period automatically reverses the scheduled cancellation.
