Cancel Pendo by emailing [email protected] or opening Resource Center Support in the app and asking to reach a support engineer, then follow the Order Form term. It takes about 10 minutes plus processing, and access ends when that term expires. Payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless the agreement says otherwise.

Read the Order Form term
Pendo purchasing starts with an Order Form. The Platform Terms say access and the obligation to render Services automatically terminate when that Term expires.

Contact Pendo Support in writing
Email [email protected] or sign in, open the Resource Center from the Pendo badge, choose Support, then Ask a question. Paid customers can ask the Support Bot to connect them with a support engineer.

Export data before the term ends
You may export Customer Data before expiry and may request a copy for up to 30 days after. Pendo then deletes Customer Data unless legally prohibited.

Four questions people ask before they cancelCan I get my money back?
The current Platform Terms of Service say that except as otherwise expressly stated in the Agreement, all payment obligations under any and all Order Forms are non-cancellable, and all payments are non-refundable. A refund of prepaid unused Fees is described if Pendo cannot correct a warranted non-conformity and either party terminates the affected Order Form.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Paid plans are Base, Core and Ultimate, quoted by MAU and functionality. Pendo Free exists separately at up to 500 MAUs. The public pages do not document an automatic move to Free when a paid Order Form expires.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No subscription pause option is documented in the Platform Terms or the public pricing page.
What happens to my account data?
Pendo retains subscription raw event data for 7 years (84 months) by default. Session Replay is deleted after 30 days, or 90 days with extended retention. After the Agreement ends, you may request a copy of Customer Data for 30 days, then Pendo deletes it unless legally prohibited.
