For an Atlassian-managed plan, sign in as a billing or organization administrator and open Billing, then Subscriptions.
Find Loom, select Manage, open the entitlement actions and choose Deactivate.
Choose a reason, continue past the Starter downgrade option and select Cancel subscription. Save the displayed end date.
Only a billing or organization administrator can cancel a current Atlassian-managed team subscription.
Starter allows 25 videos per person and new recordings up to five minutes. Export or remove content first if needed.
