Tell us when Tella renews and download a calendar reminder that lands two days before, with this guide and the direct cancellation page inside. Nothing is stored - the file is yours.
Full refund within 14 days of the initial paid-plan purchase, no questions asked. Outside that window, Tella may refund billing errors, unresolved technical issues that prevented use, and accidental renewals requested within 7 days of the renewal date. Ordinary renewals are not refunded. Request a refund through Tella support with the account email, charge date and amount. Approved refunds typically process in 5-10 business days.
When the subscription ends you keep existing videos (view and share) but cannot record, edit or export until you resubscribe. There is no documented permanent free recording plan. Deleting the account cancels Stripe immediately and permanently deletes videos.
Tella does not currently offer an option to pause a subscription. Cancel instead; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and videos remain while the subscription is inactive.
Cancelling the subscription does not delete videos. Deleting the account from Settings, Profile, Delete account permanently deletes the account and all videos and immediately cancels any active Tella subscription. That cannot be undone.
