Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data

Four questions people ask before they cancel
Can I get my money back?

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as specified on the Order Form, and fees billed in advance are non-refundable. No credits or refunds are issued for usage below the purchased license count, and no adjustments are made for unused time on licenses. If June terminates the service because none of the infringement workarounds are commercially reasonable, the terms provide a pro-rated refund of prepaid but unused fees for the remaining term.

No refunds
Is there a cheaper way to stay?

Current pricing help describes one paid MAU plan, not a self-serve downgrade ladder. The 2023 terms still say End User subscriptions cannot be decreased during the applicable term. After a monthly cancel, the subscription ends at the close of that monthly term; June may then immediately deactivate the account. There is no documented free plan after a paid cancel.

Can I pause instead of cancel?

No subscription pause option is documented. Monthly cancel is an email to [email protected] effective at term end; annual invoices simply are not renewed.

What happens to my account data?

Upon expiration, termination or cancellation, June may immediately deactivate the account. The terms point to June's Privacy Policy for GDPR and CCPA access, deletion and correction rights. A specific post-cancel deletion countdown is not published in the terms article.
