Membership months and additional credit purchases are generally non-refundable. The US terms list limited current-period refunds when cancellation and a refund are requested within five days of the first subscription payment, or when cancellation before the period ends is due to relocation, disability or death. ClassPass may deduct used services and request proof.
You can change to a lower-credit renewal plan in Account Settings, and the change applies to the upcoming cycle. Cancelling does not leave a free subscription: access ends after the paid cycle, and all remaining purchased and rollover credits are forfeited on its last day.
ClassPass may grant a temporary pause after reviewing the member's reason. During an approved pause, there is no charge and credits are frozen. Billing later resumes on the previous plan with a new credit allotment, and unused pre-pause credits roll over before the normal rollover policy resumes.
ClassPass documents personal-data deletion as a separate support request. After confirmation, ClassPass says it permanently erases associated personal data within 30 days except information retained under applicable law. Deletion is irreversible.
