How do I cancel ActiveCampaign?
Cancel ActiveCampaign as the Primary Admin from Billing & Upgrade in the profile menu: choose Edit payment method, then Cancel my account. It takes about 3 minutes, and the canceled account is archived rather than moved to a free plan. ActiveCampaign does not issue full or partial refunds for subscription fees.

Only the account's Primary Admin can cancel.
