Windmill can issue refunds for Contracts within two days of the original purchase. Refunds are not available for consumed resources, including executions, compute, storage or seats already used. Unused prepaid amounts are at Windmill's sole discretion. On a mid-month Team cancel, amounts already debited are non-refundable.
