How do I cancel Vultr?
Close Vultr from the account cancellation page in the Vultr Console: click Continue Closing Account, give a reason, and click Close Account after you destroy services and pay any balance. It takes about 10 minutes and the account is permanently deleted. Vultr does not offer refunds.

Step-by-step instructions
Destroy instances and pay the balance before using the cancellation page.
Before closing, destroy all active services. Navigate to Products, click Compute, open the instance, click Destroy Server, check the confirmation prompt, and click Destroy Server.

Log in and visit the account cancellation page in the Vultr Console.
Click Continue Closing Account, provide a reason, then click Close Account. The account and associated data are then permanently deleted.
Account deletion is irreversible and permanently deletes associated data. Stopping a server does not stop billing.
In the Vultr Console, open Support, Open Ticket, choose category Account Cancellation, add a subject and reason, and click Open Ticket. Support verifies the request and processes closure.
Tick a step to keep your place - nothing is stored. Tap a step to tick it off - nothing is stored.
