How do I cancel Stitch Fix?
Stop automatic Stitch Fix deliveries from Profile > Fix frequency > Manage Fix frequency, then select Proceed to cancel. It takes about a minute and switches the account to free on-demand shipments without deleting it. If an upcoming Fix is still cancellable and cancellation succeeds after the fee was charged, Stitch Fix says the fee is automatically refunded to the original payment method.
Stopping automatic deliveries switches the account to free on-demand scheduling. The account stays active, Freestyle shopping remains available and a new Fix is sent only when you request one.
You can skip one Fix or pause all future deliveries until a chosen date from the Fix frequency menu. Fixes automatically resume on that date.
Keeping an inactive account preserves measurements, style history and preferences. Permanent deletion is a separate verified request through support or the iOS Help Center; personal and identifiable information is removed, remaining non-refundable fees and credits cannot be transferred or refunded, and a new account is required to receive Fixes again.
