How do I cancel Snowflake?
Cancel Snowflake by dropping extra accounts under Admin, Accounts, Drop Account, then asking Snowflake Support to delete the last account and the organization. A dropped account stays restorable for 3 to 90 days, and storage is still billed in that window. Fees are non-refundable except unused prepaid fees after a for-cause termination.

Step-by-step instructions
Drop extra accounts in Snowsight, then use Support for the last account and the organization.
As organization administrator, in Snowsight go to Admin, then Accounts. Open the ... menu on an active account and choose Drop Account. Enter a grace period of 3 to 90 days and select Drop Account. You cannot drop the account you are logged into with ORGADMIN.
Snowflake says you cannot drop the last account in the organization. Contact Snowflake Support in writing from the Support page in Snowsight or the Snowflake Support Portal and ask Support to delete the last account and the organization.
Storage on a dropped account is still billed during the 3 to 90 day grace period.
Open a case in Snowsight Support or the Snowflake Support Portal at community.snowflake.com.
Trial accounts cannot currently be cancelled through the web interface. Contact Snowflake Support and request the account be cancelled.

No account-level pause is documented. Warehouses can auto-suspend to stop compute credits, but storage still accrues. A dropped account is locked during its grace period and storage remains billable.
