Open the project in Manage
Sign in at sanity.io/manage and select the project whose Growth subscription you want to cancel.

Open the Plan tab
Select Plan in the project settings and choose the Free plan. Make sure the project can remain within the Free plan limits.

Sanity says plan changes and cancellations take effect immediately. Verify that the project now shows Free and keep the billing confirmation.
