Render has two cost layers: the flat workspace plan and per-second compute for each paid service. Ending the plan alone does not stop compute charges.
In the Render Dashboard, open the workspace dropdown in the top-left corner and select Billing, or go directly to dashboard.render.com/billing.

Only an Org Owner can downgrade an organization. From the organization's Workspaces page, click the … menu next to the workspace labeled Primary.
