Prisma Postgres requires 30 days notice - your reminder will land 32 days before the renewal date you enter. The 30-day notice applies to annual plans before their renewal date. Prisma does not publish a notice period for monthly plans.
Termination does not produce a refund. Refunds are at Prisma's sole discretion and, if granted, are issued as Prisma service credits rather than cash. Annual plan fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable.

Paid plans have automated backup retention of 7 days on Starter and Pro and 30 days on Business, but Prisma does not publish post-cancellation project retention.
