Polar Polar Pro plan $20 / month
How do I cancel Paddle?
Email Paddle Seller Support at [email protected] to end the supplier agreement, giving at least 30 days written notice. It takes about 10 minutes to send; Paddle then stops Services after the notice period. There is no monthly platform fee to refund, and Paddle may hold supplier fees for later chargebacks.

Step-by-step instructions
Paddle is a merchant of record. This is the seller leaving Paddle, not a buyer cancelling on paddle.net.
This guide is the Paddle Supplier Account used to sell software. Buyer subscription cancellations go through paddle.net and are a different flow.
Existing vendors email [email protected] from an address linked to the vendor account. Ask Paddle to terminate the supplier agreement.
The Master Services Agreement lets either party terminate at any time by giving the other at least 30 days prior notice in writing.
Notices under the Agreement may be given by email. Paddle's address for those notices is [email protected]. Ask for written confirmation of the termination date.
Give 30 days written notice. Paddle may hold supplier fees after termination to cover Chargebacks and refunds.
Use the vendor email on the account so Seller Support can match the request.
Checkout Recovery and Retain can be activated from the Supplier Dashboard and have their own fees. Stop those add-ons if you no longer want them, then terminate the Agreement if you are leaving Paddle.
On termination Paddle may retain Supplier Fees it reasonably needs for outstanding liabilities, Chargebacks and refunds, including buyer subscriptions that run past the termination date. Held amounts are released on or before the later of six months from termination or the expiry of the last Product subscription.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data
Four questions people ask before they cancelPay-as-you-go has no monthly platform fee, so there is no unused-month SaaS refund. Paddle keeps the Paddle Discount on completed sales. After termination Paddle may hold Supplier Fees to cover Chargebacks and refunds, then release the remainder on or before the later of six months from termination or the last Product subscription expiry.
There is no lower paid SaaS tier. Pay-as-you-go already has no monthly fee. Custom pricing and Additional Services are optional. After termination Paddle stops Services and disables access to related technology, including APIs.

On termination or expiration Paddle will within 30 days return or destroy manuals, documentation and Confidential Information in its possession, unless it must retain data for ongoing Buyer subscriptions or to comply with a legal obligation.
