Step-by-step instructions

Kittl subscriptions are managed on the web from Team Settings - the help center documents no app-store billing.

1
Open Plan & Billing in Team Settings

From the Kittl home page, click your workspace avatar below the Kittl logo in the upper-left corner, then go to Team Settings and open Plan & Billing.

2
Click Manage your subscription

This opens the subscription page. Alternatively, click Billing Information to open the billing dashboard instead.

3
Click Cancel Subscription

Via Manage your subscription the button sits in the lower-left corner of the page; in the Billing Information dashboard it sits in the upper-right corner.

4
Follow the prompts to confirm

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, so cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. After the period ends the account moves to the Free plan.

Cancelled by mistake? The cancellation only takes effect at the end of the billing period, so you can undo it right away via Resubscribe or Don't cancel subscription in the billing dashboard.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data

Four questions people ask before they cancel
Can I get my money back?

Kittl plans are non-refundable. The Cancellation Policy states you will not receive a refund for any portion of the fees already paid for the applicable subscription term, and that refunds are generally not provided. For billing errors or other exceptional circumstances, contact Kittl support and they will review the matter.

No refunds
Is there a cheaper way to stay?

After cancelling, the paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then the account moves to the Free plan. Free keeps 5 active projects and 500MB of uploads, limits exports to PNG and JPG up to 800px at 72dpi, locks premium templates and high-resolution downloads, drops monthly AI tokens to zero, and licenses designs for personal use only. Downgrading from Expert to Pro instead of cancelling entirely is also documented.

Free tier exists
Can I pause instead of cancel?

No pause option is documented in Kittl's help center or Cancellation Policy.

Not available
What happens to my account data?

Downgrading to Free keeps your account and designs active with no time limit. Account deletion is separate and not self-serve: contact Kittl support via the in-app chat or [email protected]. Deletion is irreversible, removes all projects in your personal and team workspaces, and you no longer hold commercial rights to designs created in Kittl - download anything you want to keep first.

Frequently asked questions

Answers checked with the steps above
Does cancelling Kittl take effect immediately?

No. The plan stays active with full premium features until the end of the current billing cycle, then the account moves to the Free plan.

Can I get a refund from Kittl?

Plans are non-refundable per Kittl's Cancellation Policy - no refund for fees already paid for the current term. Billing errors or exceptional circumstances can be raised with support for review.

Can I undo a cancellation?

Yes. Because the cancellation only takes effect at the end of the billing period, you can reverse it right away via Resubscribe or Don't cancel subscription in the billing dashboard.

What happens to my designs on the Free plan?

Your account and designs stay active with no time limit. Free allows 5 active projects and 500MB of uploads, exports up to 800px at 72dpi, and personal use only - commercial use is not included.

How do I delete my Kittl account completely?

Account deletion is not self-serve: contact Kittl support via the in-app chat or [email protected]. It is irreversible and removes commercial rights to your designs, so Kittl suggests downgrading to Free if you only want to stop paying.

How much does Kittl Pro cost?

The pricing page lists Pro at $15 per month billed monthly, or $144 per year when billed yearly. Expert is $35 per month billed monthly, or $312 per year.
