Find the active subscription you want to end and click View Membership.

Sign in again when IPSY asks you to verify the account, then click Continue Cancellation.

A successful cancellation displays a confirmation message. Cancel Original, Extra and other active subscriptions separately by 11:59 p.m. Pacific on the 25th to stop the upcoming month.

IPSY says it does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges and does not allow cancellation after an order is placed. Cancelling an annual membership stops the next annual renewal but the remaining prepaid orders continue and membership benefits remain available through the term.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
You can switch subscription types from Account > View Membership. An annual membership can change to monthly only after the 12-month term ends. Cancelling IPSY Extra also cancels its Beauty Boost add-on, and Ultimate requires an active Original or Extra base membership.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
A monthly membership can skip one month or change to every-other-month frequency from Your Memberships before 11:59 p.m. Pacific on the 25th. The normal monthly schedule resumes after a one-month skip unless another request is submitted.
What happens to my account data?
Membership cancellation does not delete the IPSY profile. Contact IPSY Care to delete the profile and associated personal information. Points remain saved for up to 12 months after cancellation but require an active membership to redeem.
