Open Billing
In Granola, go to Settings, then Billing. Workspace billing is normally managed by the workspace admin.

Open Manage subscription
Select Manage subscription to open Stripe's billing portal.

Select Cancel subscription
Cancel in the Stripe portal. The paid plan continues through the current billing cycle, then the workspace moves to Basic.
Workspace admins manage standard subscriptions in Stripe. A sales-assisted Order Form may use different cancellation and renewal terms.

Is there a cheaper way to stay?
After the monthly paid cycle ends, the workspace moves to Basic. Only the last 30 days of notes remain visible in the app; older notes stay stored and become accessible again after a paid upgrade. A CSV export contains titles and summaries, not full transcripts.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No subscription pause option is documented in Granola's current subscription, cancellation, or billing documentation.
What happens to my account data?
Cancelling does not delete the account or notes. Account deletion is separate and permanent: Settings, Profile, Delete my account removes private notes and owned notes. Shared folder containers can remain for other members, transferred notes remain with their new owner, and calendar access is revoked.
