How do I cancel Krisp?
Cancel Krisp from the account dashboard: open Settings, Billing, Plan Details, Manage Subscription, then select Downgrade. It takes about a minute, and paid features remain until the end of the current monthly or yearly cycle before the account is downgraded. Payments are non-refundable unless Krisp's Terms of Use state otherwise.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data
Four questions people ask before they cancelKrisp states that all payments are non-refundable unless its Terms of Use state otherwise.
The account is not downgraded immediately. Paid features continue through the current cycle, then the account and team members are downgraded. The current public pricing page lists only a seven-day Free Trial rather than an ongoing Free plan, so continued free access is not promised.
No subscription pause option is documented in Krisp's cancellation, subscription, or plan-change documentation.
Cancelling does not delete the account. A one-seat account can be permanently deleted from Settings under Account after email verification. Accounts with more than one seat require an admin request to [email protected]. Krisp says deletion is irreversible and removes the account's data from its servers.
