How do I cancel Featurebase?

Short answer

Cancel Featurebase from Settings > Billing by selecting Cancel subscription in the bottom-right corner. Paid access continues until the current monthly or yearly period ends. Featurebase does not offer a billing pause, but a separate Downgrade to Free option is available.

Open Billing

Sign in to the Featurebase workspace and go to Settings > Billing.

Cancel the subscription

Select Cancel subscription in the bottom-right corner. Access continues through the current billing period.
