Open Plan Settings
Sign in to Factor and open Plan Settings.

Choose Deactivate My Plan
In the Status section, select Deactivate My Plan, then choose Cancel Anyway.

Confirm deactivation
Select a reason and choose Deactivate Now. Make the change before the lock deadline shown on My Menu to avoid the next order.

In the iOS app, sign in, open the menu, then choose Settings and Personal Information.

Deactivate the plan
Choose Delete Account, then Continue to deactivate. Factor states this deactivates the plan and skips deliveries indefinitely.

The meal subscription fee is generally nonrefundable. For an unsatisfactory delivered box or meal, contact [email protected] or 888-573-5727 within five days; Factor may issue a meal credit or partial or full refund at its discretion. A processed box remains charged and delivered. Factor Plus normally remains usable through the paid period and is nonrefundable, except that Factor may refund the first period at its discretion when cancellation occurs within 48 hours and no eligible order was placed.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Meal quantity and preferences can be adjusted in account settings. Factor Plus members can change between the annual and 28-day options; the change takes effect after the current period and must be requested at least one day before renewal.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Meal deliveries can be skipped before the order lock shown on My Menu. Deactivating the meal plan skips deliveries indefinitely and it can later be reactivated. The official Factor Plus terms do not document a separate customer-controlled pause.
What happens to my account data?
Account information can be updated in the account or app, or through [email protected] or 1-844-939-1758. Contact Factor to close an account. Relevant information may be retained as permitted by law or for legitimate business purposes. Factor generally retains data only as reasonably necessary, then deletes, de-identifies or isolates it when deletion is not yet possible.
