Use the CookUnity subscription account. UnityPass has a separate cancellation control in Settings.

Sign in to CookUnity
Open subscription.cookunity.com and sign in to the subscription you want to cancel.

Open Settings
Select the Account icon at the bottom left, then choose Settings.

Choose Cancel Subscription
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and select Cancel Subscription.

Confirm the cancellation
Choose a reason, check the confirmation box and select Cancel my subscription. Check the subscription status and confirmation email before leaving.
Cancelling does not remove a box that was already processed and billed.
