How do I cancel Dashlane?

Cancel Dashlane from the Subscription page in the web app: open the Vault menu, select Subscription, then Cancel your subscription and Continue cancellation; Apple or Google billed plans are canceled in that store. It takes about 2 minutes, and the paid plan stays active until the billing period ends. A personal subscription canceled within 30 days of purchase can receive a full refund.

Open Subscription in the web app
Sign in through a desktop browser, open the Vault menu and select Subscription. This route applies to plans paid by credit card on Dashlane's website.

Select Cancel your subscription
Use the cancellation link in the right panel of the Subscription page.

Continue the cancellation
Select Continue cancellation and finish the confirmation flow.
Cancel before deleting the account. Dashlane cannot process refunds or retrieve transaction details after account deletion.
Use Apple Subscriptions only when Apple billed the plan.
