Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data
Four questions people ask before they cancelThe Terms of Service require payment of usage fees and do not publish a refund window or eligibility rule. Billing questions go to [email protected]. Enterprise Support service credits, where they apply, are the exclusive remedy for uptime failures and are not a general refund.
