Step-by-step instructions

Use Usage & Billing for usage, then email [email protected]. Notices to Blacksmith go to [email protected].

1
Open Usage & Billing as an org admin

Sign in at app.blacksmith.sh. Organization admins can access billing and payments. Blacksmith docs tell users to open the Usage & Billing page for a usage breakdown.

2
Email [email protected] to stop charges

Support terms send billing questions to [email protected]. The public terms do not document an in-app Cancel button; follow any billing prompts shown on Usage & Billing, then email if you need billing stopped.

3
Uninstall or suspend the GitHub integration

To restrict data flow from GitHub, uninstall or suspend the Blacksmith GitHub integration. Ask [email protected] to delete Customer Content; Blacksmith says it complies within 30 days.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data

Four questions people ask before they cancel
Can I get my money back?

The Terms of Service require payment of usage fees and do not publish a refund window or eligibility rule. Billing questions go to [email protected]. Enterprise Support service credits, where they apply, are the exclusive remedy for uptime failures and are not a general refund.

See policy
Is there a cheaper way to stay?

Pay-as-you-go has no named lower paid plan. Stopping runner use and uninstalling or suspending the GitHub integration stops new usage. Pricing still lists 3,000 free minutes per month.
