Go to https://central.bitdefender.com/ and sign in with the email and password for the account that owns the subscription.
Click My Subscriptions in the left menu. Use the Subscriptions tab or the My Payments tab, depending on which processor UI you see.
On Subscriptions, click the ... button, choose Subscription & Continuous Protection, then Cancel Subscription. Choose Cancel at the end of subscription term, or Cancel immediately (available only 30 days after purchase). On My Payments, click View details, then Manage your subscription renewal options, then End Auto-Renewal twice after picking a reason.
Apple-billed Mobile Security, VPN, or SecurePass subscriptions are managed by Apple.
