Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing and select the billing account that contains Bitbucket Cloud.
Select Subscriptions, find Bitbucket Cloud, and select Manage.
Open More actions and select Deactivate.
Review the consequences and confirm the cancellation.
Deactivation is different from a downgrade to Free. Use the workspace plan-change flow if you want to retain a usable free workspace.
Workspace admins can change Bitbucket plans. Billing, Organization, and Site admins can deactivate in the improved billing system.
A workspace admin can instead open Workspace settings, select Plan details, and choose Change plan.
On the Bitbucket Cloud plans page, select Free and complete the confirmation flow to keep the workspace under Free limits.
Free allows five users. With more than five, private repositories become read-only for non-admin users until access is reduced or the plan is upgraded.
