Hover over the left navigation bar, select Settings, then select Plan & Billing.
Each product has its own subscription. Find the product you want to cancel and click Manage on its card.
In the product drawer, click Cancel subscription. Select a cancellation reason and click Confirm cancellation. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Repeat for every product you want to stop.
A workspace owner must make billing changes. Signed Bitrise Orders can set different renewal terms.

If a signed Bitrise Order applies, that order is the binding commitment. The website Terms say plans auto-renew unless a party gives written notice at least 30 days before the last day of the Term, or the customer deletes the account, or the parties agreed otherwise in the Order.
If you are the only confirmed owner, transfer ownership or delete the workspace before deleting your Bitrise account. Account deletion is Account settings > Delete account and is separate from cancelling a product subscription.
