Open the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
Follow Google Play's onscreen instructions. This applies to Individual or Families subscriptions started through Google.

A team owner or member with Manage Billing permission can cancel a self-managed organization subscription.
For a self-managed account, select Cancel subscription and follow the onscreen instructions.
