Can I get a Google Cloud refund?

After you close the billing account, Google bills usage accrued before cancel. Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, termination does not oblige Google to refund fees. Unused promotional credits are not refunded. Unused funds in a linked Postpay payments account may be eligible for a refund request from Payment overview.
