How do I cancel Google Cloud?
Close a self-serve Google Cloud billing account from Account management in the Cloud Billing console: choose the account and click Close billing account. It takes about 5 minutes and stops billable services in linked projects. Google bills remaining usage and does not refund fees except unused postpay funds when eligible.

Step-by-step instructions
This is the Cloud Billing account for Google Cloud, not Google Workspace or Firebase.
In the Google Cloud console, go to the Account management page for Cloud Billing and choose the Cloud Billing account you want to close.
You cannot close a billing account until you pay any previous balance or fix outdated payment information. You need the Billing Account Administrator role.
At the top of the page, click Close billing account. After you close it, Google bills you for usage costs accrued before you canceled. That is the last bill unless you reopen the account.
After creation, Cloud Billing accounts cannot be deleted. Close stops services. You cannot close an account with an unpaid balance or broken payment details.
If the Cloud Billing account is invoiced, you cannot close it in the console. Contact your Google Cloud sales specialist or Cloud Billing Support.
To stop new charges without closing the billing account, unlink each project: on My Projects or Account management, open Actions and select Disable billing. Google Cloud and Maps services in that project stop.
Tick a step to keep your place - nothing is stored. Tap a step to tick it off - nothing is stored.
