Confirm the current subscription term
WorkOS renews for a term of the same length. Open the dashboard billing page to see the next payment date and current usage.

Email a formal termination notice to [email protected], or write to 548 Market St, PMB 86125, San Francisco, CA 94104. Notice must arrive at least 30 days before the term ends. Casual product questions to that inbox do not count as notice.

Request a data export before the term ends
WorkOS will help export Subscriber Data for up to 30 days after termination only if you ask before the agreement ends. Payments already due stay payable and are not refunded.
Annual Credits and custom Enterprise agreements follow the Subscription Order Form.

Dashboard billing has no published cancel button
Admins, Developers and Sandbox Developers can open dashboard.workos.com/settings/workspace/billing for payment method, invoices and usage. Support roles cannot. That page is not documented as the cancel control.

A signed Subscription Order Form can set different fees and term rules. Those order-form terms control if they conflict with the website Terms of Service.

WorkOS states that all payments are nonrefundable. Ending the agreement does not create a refund. Fees that have become due or accrued through the effective end date remain payable.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
There is no lower fixed paid plan. AuthKit is free through the first 1 million MAUs, and connection products are billed per connection. Removing production connections reduces those line items, but WorkOS does not document that as cancelling the subscription.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No pause option is documented.
What happens to my account data?
On termination WorkOS may delete information associated with the account, including Subscriber Data. Ask for an export before the agreement ends if you need a copy. The privacy policy says residual data may remain after an account is closed.
