WHOOP accepts a membership and device return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs. Outside the 30-day window, prepaid memberships are not refunded. A trial device and charger must be returned on time; a $110 restocking fee applies if the hardware is not returned.
A downgrade from Life to Peak or One, or from Peak to One, can be scheduled at any time and starts at the next billing cycle. Current features continue until renewal, and WHOOP provides no partial refund or credit for unused time.
