Cancel a Wave Pro or Receipts plan from the business name menu: open Business settings, Manage Subscriptions, Manage subscription and select Cancel Subscription for the plan. It takes about two minutes. Paid features remain until the billing period ends, and the business keeps its core records on Starter.

Select the business name in the top-left corner, then select Business settings.
Select Manage Subscriptions and then Manage subscription.
Find Pro or Receipts, select Cancel Subscription and complete the confirmation prompts.
If the plan was purchased in the iOS app, cancel it in Apple Subscriptions.
If the plan was purchased in the Android app, cancel it in Google Play Subscriptions.
