How do I cancel UserVoice?

Short answer

For a credit-card UserVoice account, an Owner opens Settings > General > Plan Subscription, selects Edit beside Manage billing settings, then chooses Cancel Subscription in the Billing Portal. Invoice customers must contact their Account Manager. Deactivation happens at the end of the billing period, and data is permanently deleted 60 days later.

Open Plan Subscription

As an Owner, open Settings, select General and scroll to Plan Subscription.

Open the Billing Portal

Select Edit beside Manage billing settings. Do not bookmark the portal because its secure link changes.

Cancel the subscription

Select Cancel Subscription. Invoice customers instead contact their Account Manager.

Export account data

Export any data you need before deactivation. UserVoice permanently deletes it 60 days after deactivation.
