How do I cancel UserVoice?
For a credit-card UserVoice account, an Owner opens Settings > General > Plan Subscription, selects Edit beside Manage billing settings, then chooses Cancel Subscription in the Billing Portal. Invoice customers must contact their Account Manager. Deactivation happens at the end of the billing period, and data is permanently deleted 60 days later.
