How do I cancel Udemy Personal Plan?

Step-by-step instructions
Use Udemy's Subscriptions page only when Udemy.com bills the Personal Plan.

Open the Subscriptions page
Sign in on udemy.com and open Subscriptions from the profile menu. The page shows your Personal Plan, next payment date and total charge.

Click Cancel subscription
Choose Cancel subscription for Personal Plan and complete the prompts shown.

Check the final access date
The Subscriptions page posts the final date of the billing period. Subscription content remains available through that date.
Individual courses bought separately are not part of Personal Plan and remain accessible while the account is in good standing.
Use Apple Settings when the Personal Plan was purchased in the iOS app.

Open Apple Subscriptions
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

Select Udemy
Tap the Udemy subscription associated with the Apple Account used to subscribe.

Tap Cancel Subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. If no Cancel button appears or an expiration message is shown, Apple says the subscription is already canceled.
Udemy cannot cancel or refund an Apple-billed subscription.
Use Google Play when the Personal Plan was purchased in the Android app.

Open Google Play subscriptions
Open subscriptions in Google Play while signed in to the Google Account used for the purchase.

Select Udemy
Choose the Udemy subscription from the list.

Tap Cancel subscription
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. Uninstalling the Udemy app does not cancel the subscription.
Uninstalling Udemy does not cancel Google Play billing.
