How do I cancel TIDAL?

Cancel TIDAL from the Subscription section at account.tidal.com: select Cancel Subscription and confirm. It takes about a minute and access normally stays active until the current subscription period ends. Outside the UK, EU, EEA and Brazil, TIDAL subscription fees are nonrefundable.

Open the TIDAL account site
Visit account.tidal.com and sign in with the account that owns the subscription.

Open Subscription
Navigate to Subscription in the account menu.

Confirm cancellation
Select Cancel Subscription and confirm. The cancellation takes effect after the current subscription period.
Check the Payments tab at account.tidal.com. If Apple, Google Play or another partner manages payment, cancel with that partner.
TIDAL cannot process refunds for Apple purchases.

Open Apple Subscriptions
For an Apple-billed plan, open Settings on the iPhone or iPad, tap your name and choose Subscriptions.

Cancel TIDAL
Select TIDAL, tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. If no cancel button appears, the subscription is already canceled.
Use Google Play Subscriptions only when Google manages the payment.

Open Manage Subscription
For direct Android billing, open TIDAL, tap the heart icon, tap the gear, choose Edit and then Manage Subscription.

Cancel the subscription
Open Subscription, select Cancel Subscription and confirm. For Google Play billing, select TIDAL in Google Play Subscriptions and cancel there.
