Open the StatusCake application with the account holder login. A team member with billing access cannot cancel or change the subscription.

Confirm that renewal is stopped. Paid features continue through the current billing period and the account then changes to Free.

What happens to my account data?
Cancellation does not delete the account because it changes to Free. A free account can be removed from Account with Remove Account. Account data is retained while active, billing records for statutory periods and backups briefly; privacy deletion requests can be emailed to support.
