You are not eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current Service Term. Paid Services cannot be terminated before the end of the period already paid, and except as expressly provided in the self-service terms Stainless will not refund fees already paid. If a trial is cancelled and you are charged by mistake, the terms say to contact Stainless.
You can upgrade or downgrade between Stainless plans in Billing settings any time. When a trial ends you lose paid features unless you subscribe or downgrade yourself to the free plan. Free remains listed at $0 with up to 5 generators.

Generated SDK code stays yours under Apache 2.0. If you discontinue Stainless, Stainless stops publishing OpenAPI and security updates to the SDKs, and you can keep using the existing code. The public terms do not publish a post-cancel Content deletion window.
