How do I cancel Snyk?
Cancel a Snyk Service Plan by deleting the organization in Settings, then General, or by asking Snyk support to help delete it. It takes about 3 minutes and a Service Plan ends at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless the terms say otherwise.

Step-by-step instructions
Monthly Team Service Plans end by deleting the Organization or asking support to delete it.
On the Snyk Web UI, open the Organization dropdown and select the Organization you want to close.
Click Org Settings. On the Settings page, select General.
Scroll to Delete organization and click Delete organization. Type the Organization name and click OK. Snyk's Terms say a Service Plan ends at the end of the then current billing period when you delete the account in the Service or ask support to help delete it.
Annual and contract customers must also send written non-renewal to [email protected] at least 30 days before the term ends.
Organization Admins can delete Organizations when there are no Groups. If the Organization is in a Group, only a Group Admin can delete it.
Paid Order Forms and Service Plans default to a 1-year term and auto-renew unless a party sends written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the then current Term. Send that notice to [email protected]. Group Settings also say contract billing cannot be changed in the UI and to contact sales or Snyk support.
The Terms say you may not downgrade your Subscription Allocation or move to a lower tier of any Service Plan during the term.
Deleting an Organization removes its Projects and historical data.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data

A valid notice of non-renewal ends the Order Form or Service Plan at the end of the then current Term with no Subscription Fees refunded.
You may not downgrade Subscription Allocation or move to a lower Service Plan tier during the term. After a Service Plan ends you can use the Free plan. Deleting an Organization removes it and all of its Projects and historical data.
No pause option is documented. The Terms describe deletion, non-renewal and termination, not a pause.
Delete organization removes the Organization entirely, including all of its Projects and their historical data. The Privacy Notice says Snyk keeps personal information as long as reasonably necessary for the collection purposes, including legal, tax and reporting, and may keep it longer if there is a complaint or potential dispute.

How do I stop a monthly Team plan?
Delete the Organization from Settings > General, or contact Snyk support for deletion assistance. The Terms treat that as termination of a Service Plan at the end of the current billing period.
How do Enterprise or annual contracts cancel?

Do I get a refund for unused time?

Who is a contributing developer?
A developer who made a commit to a private repo monitored by Snyk in the last 90 days. Public open-source repos are not counted.
