Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Paid add-ons can be removed and stay active through the billing cycle, with the lower price on the next bill. Cancelled customers can keep Sling Freestream.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Eligible recurring plans can pause for up to six months. Pause Extra offers one, two or three months with a $5 monthly deposit. Passes, promotions and several third-party methods are excluded.
What happens to my account data?
Paid recordings become unavailable after cancellation and are held for 90 days. Freestream retains up to 10 hours. Full account deletion was not documented on the checked pages.
