From the desktop app, click Admin in the sidebar and select Manage billing. If Admin is hidden, open the workspace name menu first.
From the Overview tab, choose Change plan details. Workspace Owners and members who originally upgraded the workspace can manage this change.
Choose Downgrade to Free and decide whether the change should take effect immediately or on the next renewal date.
Review the downgrade details, continue to checkout and click Downgrade Slack. Free-plan limits apply once the change takes effect.
