How do I cancel SiriusXM?

Cancel a directly billed SiriusXM subscription from the Subscriptions tab in the Online Account Center, by chat or by calling 866-635-8641. It takes about 5 minutes and service usually continues through the paid billing period. Eligible requests get a prorated refund within seven days of an initial monthly purchase or 30 days of an initial or renewed non-monthly term.

Can I pause instead of cancel?
Eligible vehicle service can be suspended once per calendar year for up to six months by calling 866-635-8642. Promotional periods are not extended.
What happens to my account data?
Deleting a SiriusXM account does not cancel service. Cancel first, then submit a privacy deletion request. SiriusXM may retain information where legally permitted or required.
