How do I cancel Rocket Money?

Step-by-step instructions
The rocketmoney.com web experience is itself a Premium feature, so cancel from the mobile app if you lose web access.
Sign in at rocketmoney.com and click the gear icon on the left side.
This is where Rocket Money shows what you currently pay for Premium.
It opens the price slider for your membership.
The same slider sets a lower price if you want to keep Premium: choose an amount and click Update Subscription instead.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle, and you keep Premium features until then.
Payment methods can only be changed in the mobile app, not on the website.
Not sure who bills you? Settings, Membership shows Restore Premium for App Store subscriptions and Choose Your Own Price for subscriptions billed directly by Rocket Money.

No pause or hold option is documented in Rocket Money's Premium help articles or its Terms of Service. The documented alternative is paying less: under Manage Membership, tap Change Monthly Fee, set a lower amount with the slider and tap Update Subscription.
Deleting the account is separate from cancelling Premium and is permanent: it erases all Rocket Money data and cannot be undone, though another Rocket account such as Rocket Mortgage is not deleted. Rocket Money asks you to cancel Premium, cancel active bill negotiations and close active financial goals first.
