Use the account Subscription page or email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Account deletion also removes teammate accounts and all associated data.

Pulsetic refunds requests made within 20 days of the original purchase. It also refunds accidental or unwanted renewal charges when contacted within 20 days. Requests go to [email protected], and paid access ends when a refund is issued.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
The Subscription page offers Upgrade and Downgrade controls. Pulsetic recalculates the subscription and charges only the difference from amounts already paid. A Free plan is also available; cancellation keeps paid access through the current period.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No paid-subscription pause is documented.
What happens to my account data?
Account deletion is separate from cancellation. From Delete account, type delete, select Delete, confirm OK and use the Delete my account email link. Pulsetic says this permanently removes the account, all data and teammate accounts, stops monitoring and cannot be undone.
