Hosted headless CMS billed per repository, with Free, Starter, Small, Medium, Platinum and Enterprise plans. This guide covers every place the subscription can live - the website and team plans - plus what happens to refunds, pausing and your data afterwards.
Step-by-step instructions
The documented self-serve cancel path is downgrading the repository to Free.
Sign in to the repository. Billing is per repository, not per account.
Select Change plan, then choose a lower plan or Free.
You can downgrade only if API/CDN usage, user count and locale count fit the target plan. For example, drop to 2 or fewer locales before moving from Small to Free.
Review the selected plan limits and confirm. Changing plan does not remove charges for usage already incurred.
Usage must already fit Free or the lower plan, including locales and users, or the downgrade is blocked.
After downgrading to Free, contact support with the repository name and billing information. Annual renewals can be refunded if requested within 30 days of the renewal date. Monthly plans are not eligible.
Annual Platinum+ and Enterprise can pay by bank transfer. The public terms also say you may decline auto-renewal in writing at least 30 days before the term expires.
